A site for a studio apartment on Kopaonik, in Serbian and English: a price for every day, availability from the same calendar as Booking.com and an enquiry checked before it reaches the host.

In brief
Direct booking for an apartment in the Residence Hill complex.
Top Residence Hill is a 29 m² studio in the Residence Hill complex, in the Vikend naselje area of Kopaonik. The host manages the rental personally, directly and through Booking.com.
The price depends on the date, the number of guests and the holidays. New Year's Eve needs a five-night stay, Christmas three, the rest of the season two. Prices are in euros, and guests pay in dinars at the rate on the day of payment.
A direct booking site only makes sense if the guest sees the right price and the free dates. If availability lags behind Booking.com, two guests get the same dates.
One calendar, one place for prices

Prices are set day by day
The admin has a calendar much like the Booking.com extranet: a day or a range, a price for 2, 3 and 4 guests, a minimum stay and closed dates. The public rate table builds itself and joins consecutive days with the same price into one period.

Google Calendar is the hub
Every hour, availability is read from the same Google Calendar that receives the Booking.com reservations. A site enquiry is written to that calendar as a free slot, so an unconfirmed enquiry does not close dates on Booking.com.

Every enquiry is checked twice
The calendar on the page strikes out booked days and estimates the price at once. When the guest sends the enquiry, the server reads the calendar again for those dates and rejects only a slot that is really taken.

Dinars at the National Bank of Serbia rate
Each price in euros comes with an approximate amount in dinars. The middle rate is fetched every morning, and if the service does not answer, the last known value stays.
What was delivered

A logo and a site in two languages, sharing one set of prices and one calendar
The logo, the site and the admin were made together. Prices and availability are entered once and serve both the Serbian and the English version; only the text is translated.

A rate table that builds itself from the daily prices
When the host changes a day's price in the admin, the rate table, the booking calendar and the price estimate in the enquiry follow.

House rules before the first question
21 answers in three topics, house rules, a cancellation policy and five guides to Kopaonik, in both languages. Before enquiring, a guest knows check-in, check-out, the deposit and the cancellation terms.
