1.Who we are
markostancic.dev (the "Site") is operated by MARKO STANČIĆ PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE MS DEV STUDIO UMKA ("MS DEV STUDIO", "we"), registered in Belgrade (Umka), Serbia - registration number (MB) 67734742, tax ID (PIB) 114636055. By using the Site you accept these terms.
2.What the Site is for
The Site presents our services and past work, publishes articles, and lets you send us project inquiries. All content is provided for general information - it is not professional advice for your specific situation until we formally begin working together.
3.Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. Estimates, budgets and timelines discussed through the Site are indicative. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement or confirm a written offer.
4.Intellectual property
The design, code, text and graphics of the Site belong to MS DEV STUDIO unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and trademarks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown as references to work we have done. You may not copy, resell or republish Site content without written permission - linking to it is always welcome.
5.Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, submit spam or malicious content through the forms, or impersonate others. We may block access that violates these rules.
6.Third-party links
The Site links to external websites (e.g. client sites, social networks). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7.No warranties, limited liability
The Site is provided "as is". We take care to keep information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, MS DEV STUDIO is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.

We may update these terms. The version published here is always the one in force, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
