2.What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it:

• Contact and quote forms - your name, email address, and optionally your company name, website URL, budget range, timeline and the message you write to us.
• Server logs - as on most websites, our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses, browser type and pages visited for security and troubleshooting purposes.
• Analytics cookies - see section 5 below.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. The Site has no user accounts and processes no payments.

3.Why we process your data

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote (performance of pre-contractual steps at your request).
• To maintain the security and stability of the Site (legitimate interest).
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it (consent, via analytics).

4.How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless we enter into a business relationship - in which case data is kept for the duration of the engagement and any legally required retention periods. Server logs are rotated automatically by our hosting provider.

5.Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that assign a pseudonymous identifier to your browser. IP addresses are processed in anonymized form. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can opt out at any time by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Essential operation of the Site does not depend on any cookies.

6.Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Site: our hosting provider, our email provider (to receive and answer your inquiry) and Google (analytics, as described above). These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms.

7.Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
